After several strong years of growth, we understand the need and importance for a dedicated digital marketing position and are excited to be sharing this opportunity with you.You are either a recent graduate of a digital marketing specific specialization or you have relevant digital marketing experience. Ideally, you are passionate about beauty and lifestyle and possess a good knowledge and/or solid experience working in the beauty industry. While proven work experience is preferred, a solid demonstratable understanding of digital marketing strategies, applied concepts, and a willingness to learn and grow on the job will be seriously considered.

As an exclusive distributor, we are responsible for the representation of our brands, their messaging, positioning, after sales support, and continued success, with both B2B and B2C. With the goal to serve our customers to the best of our ability and to create shared value for all stakeholders, we are looking for a like-minded creative talent to join our humble and passionate team.

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing a digital marketing strategy that will:

– Develop, manage, and grow Social Networks with proven month over month growth

– Create and manage all content marketing

– Plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

– Analyze and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs)

– Analyze web data and web analytics to identify trends and insights

– Optimize performance based on the insights

– Create strategies to drive online traffic to the e-commerce sites

– Track conversion rates and make ongoing improvements to multiple websites

– Utilize Google Adwords, SEO and PPC efficiently and effectively

– Leverage Google Analytics and other analytics tools for ongoing improvement

– Demonstrate proven growth of e-commerce platforms

– Manage ongoing site updates and redesigns

– Improve the usability, design, content and conversion for active e-commerce sites

– Understand and continue to learn evolving marketing conditions, consumer habits, and competitor data

– Plan, budget, and manage all digital marketing expenditures

– Brainstorm new ways to leverage digital marketing, social media, and analytics

– Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

– Collaborate with vendor partners

Skills & Experience:

路 High-level, engaging writing skills

路 Strong proven knowledge in social media marketing

路 Good understanding and experience using Google Analytics and other analytics tools

路 Analytic minded with a proven ability to report and analyze data

路 Demonstrated ability to work independently, proficiently, effectively and ability to meet deadlines

路 Well-versed in core marketing channels and general marketing concepts

路 Clear and effective communication skills

路 Creative mind with a great attention to detail and visual skills

路 Proficient with Google Drive, Office Suite, WordPress, Photoshop (an asset)

路 Versatile in taking on different tasks and able to adjust on demand

路 Experience leading/building teams (an asset)

路 Working knowledge of Photography/Videography (an asset)

Job Description

  • We are looking to hire a lawyer who will assist the legal teams by preparing and overseeing legal documents and cases.
  • The ideal candidate will handle both internal and external legal affairs, perform legal research, compile legal documents and evidence, and facilitate court proceedings.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research on cases and gather pertinent legal information.
  • Interpret laws, rulings and regulations in legal documents.
  • Compile, proofread and edit drafts of contracts, leases, licenses, policies and other legal documents.
  • Monitor, study and develop written summaries of proposed and enacted legislation, regulations, court decisions, industry guidelines, trade journals and other relevant publications.
  • Assist with case preparation including opening and closing arguments, and aiding in court motions or pleadings.
  • Daily record keeping with electronic and physical filing of caseloads.
  • Analyze and summarize documents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements / Skills / Qualifications

  • Equivalent Law qualifications.
  • 6 to 8 years minimum legal professional experience.
  • Legal research experience.
  • Experience in drafting legal and business documents.
  • Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • I.T/Digital Savvy.
  • Ability to understand and interpret legal documents.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • You must be residing around Lekki/Ajah Environ.
