Job Title: Head of Sales

Location: Lagos
Reports to: Director

Job Purpose

  • Head Of Sales must support the entire Sales team, Sales Co-ordinators and partners by administering the Sales information system, developing key growth strategies and provide all other administration services for the Sales department and staff.


  • The Sales department is responsible for sales and marketing the company’s developments, ensuring at all times that a professional, corporate image is projected.
  • The key objective is to achieve Sales targets at the appropriate rates/prices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brainstorm/plan different sales and advertising strategies with Marketing department to achieve the company’s Sales goals.
  • Monitor the quality of marketing and sales information and assist to improve.
  • Motivating and bringing new sales partners onboard.
  • Guiding and supporting new sales partners on the sales process.
  • Provide support to sales partners in understanding the product and closing potential sales leads.
  • Generate, verify and make payments for sales partners commissions every end of month.
  • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
  • Verify and approve sales on the ERP system and sign all documents related to sales ie Letter of Offers, Sale agreements and Lease agreements.
  • Establish and foster excellent relationships with all customers.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.
  • Communicate and make decisions on slow paying / defaulting clients.
  • Identify and solve and find solutions to client issues strategically.
  • Vigorously assist the sales team on collections from clients.
  • Work collaboratively across teams – including Marketing, Operations, and Finance and provide support.
  • Work closely with the legal team to generate clients’ documents and answer any legal questions or queries that clients might have.
  • Develop monthly Sales reports.
  • Verify clients statements and release units for handover.
  • Lead and motivate staff to improve customer service with clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team and fosters a culture of continuous process improvement.
  • Guide sales representatives to ensure a smooth transaction between clients and Internal teams from closure of sales to handover.
  • Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees. As well as mentoring and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
  • Monitor performance of sales representatives.
  • Other roles Inter alia – Works closely with Development, Finance and Operations.

Note: These are illustrative duties and the job holder will be expected to become involved in a range of work to enable the department to respond effectively to the requirements of the Company.

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree qualification.

Job Description

  • We are looking to hire a lawyer who will assist the legal teams by preparing and overseeing legal documents and cases.
  • The ideal candidate will handle both internal and external legal affairs, perform legal research, compile legal documents and evidence, and facilitate court proceedings.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research on cases and gather pertinent legal information.
  • Interpret laws, rulings and regulations in legal documents.
  • Compile, proofread and edit drafts of contracts, leases, licenses, policies and other legal documents.
  • Monitor, study and develop written summaries of proposed and enacted legislation, regulations, court decisions, industry guidelines, trade journals and other relevant publications.
  • Assist with case preparation including opening and closing arguments, and aiding in court motions or pleadings.
  • Daily record keeping with electronic and physical filing of caseloads.
  • Analyze and summarize documents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements / Skills / Qualifications

  • Equivalent Law qualifications.
  • 6 to 8 years minimum legal professional experience.
  • Legal research experience.
  • Experience in drafting legal and business documents.
  • Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • I.T/Digital Savvy.
  • Ability to understand and interpret legal documents.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • You must be residing around Lekki/Ajah Environ.
