Your day to day
You will report to our Director of Sales & Marketing in the day to day operations and administration of the department. You will be responsible for the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to support revenue generation in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You will manage all collaterals and ensure accuracy of information across all channels and websites (both brand and partner websites). You will also manage online media (including website content and maintenance, social media accounts of hotels and restaurants) and identify opportunities to enlarge our email database and be active in email marketing. You will assist in maintaining marketing calendars and implement marketing activities to support the business which includes overseeing the photoshoot, be active in influencers’ engagement and hosting of familiarisation groups. You will use tools and systems to perform research & analysis of current and potential markets/trends to enhance hotels’ performance and guests’ experience. Knowledge and application of Google Analytics is essential. You will provide regular activity reports on digital marketing and recommend insights and best practices. You will assist to manage the marketing expenditure in line with budget expectations and allocate spend in accordance to business level. Having strong business relationships with vendors, suppliers and business partners such as media, online travel agencies, and government agencies will enhance your success in this role. This role is expected to be proficient in Photoshop and support the departments with basic graphic design work for straight forward artworks.
What we need from you
You will have a diploma or equivalent in Marketing and related field. At least 3 years of related experience. Positive attitude and self-motivated, ability to thrive in a fast and dynamic environment and flexible to respond to a range of different work situations.Also, strong interpersonal skills, team player and excellent written and spoken communication skills.
