As a Program Manager on Cerner’s Client Success Delivery – Value Operations and Advisory Services organization, you will design, develop and manage internal or external programs to deliver business-aligned outcomes. You will design and execute programs aligned with your client’s organizational imperatives, collaborate with stakeholders to achieve vision, objectives, and develop program strategy. You will manage resources which may include people, data, processes and financial investments, and research and evaluate new processes, methods, practices and materials.
You will also initiate and develop relationships with internal and external constituencies and provide consultative services to develop and maintain program metrics and outcomes reporting.
As key member of the team you will lead program development and management of value advisory offerings together with strategy group and value advisory leadership. You will understand and define success criteria, build plans to manage and grow programs, define and execute communication plan in conjunction with portfolio to highlight key program attributes and share client success stories.
You will also facilitate campaign and pipeline development together with business development team to drive business while designing and delivering program education and training to key stakeholders. We are excited for you to join our innovative team!

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Health Care or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- At least 3 years of program development and program management work experience
- At least three years of experience writing and presenting materials to clients
- Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to Kansas City area or live within 60 miles of a virtually approved city
