Toyota’s Graduate Training Programme For Young South Africans… Toyota invites graduates to share in a journey aimed at producing future leaders through its exciting Graduate Programme. Toyota is based in Durban and Johannesburg, with the opportunity of a structured journey with wide career progression in various sectors.

The Toyota Way Pillars of Continuous Improvement and Respect for people are the foundation of the Graduate Programme which strives to develop excelling individuals through a combination of 70% on-the-job development, 20% classroom training and 10% mentorship.

The Programme

  • 2 year development programme starting February 2021

The Inside Look Program brings together a selected cohort of like minded students from Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, to connect over their passion for technology and desire to learn more about life in a tech role at Google.

Eligibility: 

  • Applicants must be eligible for Google internships (graduating later than October 2022), and studying computer science or a related technical subject.
  • The Inside Look program is committed to supporting diversity in the tech industry.
  • Students who are members of any group that is underrepresented in the tech industry are strongly encouraged to apply!
